Return Eligibility
You can return most products within 14 days of delivery. For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
- A purchase receipt or proof of order must be provided
- The return request must be within 14 days of the delivery date
- Damaged or defective products can be returned within 30 days
How to Return
Follow these steps to return a product easily:

- Select the order containing the product you want to return
- Click 'Request Return' and select the reason for return
- Print the free shipping label and attach it to the package
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point or request a pickup from your address
- You will receive an email confirmation once we receive the product
Refund Process
After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, the refund will be processed according to the following policy:
- The product is inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
- If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
- An email notification will be sent when the refund is complete
